not to mention my uncles
1/2 kg pork ribs
1 radish
1 pc ginger, punched
homemade red wine & residue
Method:
1) heat oil in kuali and fry ginger until fragrant
2) add pork ribs & fry until firm
3) add wine residue, give a quick frying
4) add water & radish pieces
5) boil until tender, add wine to taste
6) season with salt, pepper & some sugar
7) serve hot
You can replace the spare ribs with Pig's Trotter
